CDP E7 – ex 2

For this exercise we were tasked with mimicking the concept of driving in a car or that sort of movement. This is what I’ve come up with. To achieve this, I had to make the fore, middle and backgrounds move at different speeds using the motion blur afx effect.

CDP E7 – ex 1

Made this pretty little environment and played around with 3D camera tings.

Space Man Walk

As part of CDP we made our funky little space dudes walk in preparation of our walk cycles for our characters.

Groovy Astronaut Grooving

Made this little guy as part of CDP. Pretty fun guy if I do say so myself. I accidentally forgot to turn off my guiding dots on my initial render. However, just re-uploaded so here’s my final little boogieing due.

Asset Development: Scene 1

Re-starting and re-working my design for my introduction chapter 1. One can see my progression in working with and re-working my design for my first scene. I started to seriously dislike my initial scene, hence me crafting and styling it differently with various gradients, grains and introducing some more aesthetically pleasing plants into the design….

Tut: Parallax Exercise

We made a basic parallax site using html, CSS and Jquery. However, my code didn’t originally work due to the the $(‘#scene’) code being incorrect. The real version was a change of quotation marks $(“#scene”).

Pencil Wireframes Before Balsamiq

These are my initial wireframes on pen and paper prior to my development into adapting to a rotating grid order system. The developing grid system is shown on my previous post shown in my Balsamiq.

Annotated Balsamiq Wireframe

The following shows the final workings of my Balsamiq Wireframe. I’ve completed and finalised all of my screens basic placement and layouts. I’ve also completed the annotation of all of the wireframes. By doing this I’ve illustrated my intentions of my gestures, buttons and transitions.

Balsamiq Wireframe

Attached is my completed wireframe that I completed in Balsamiq. It shows the flow and complete gestures of my app as well as the very basic layout of my app. The following shows a skeletal representation of my app.
